Understanding and various Learning Resources as Components of Learning Media

According to education experts, learning resources are all kinds of sources that exist outside of students whose existence facilitates the learning process (Rohani, 1997: 102), such as skills, experiences, events, attitudes of friends, teachers or parents, and norms that are in the environment around us.

Edgar Dale states that learning resources are basically very broad experiences like life that will provide experienced and experienced processes that can lead to events in learning.

Meanwhile, according to the Association of Education and Communication Technology (AECT), learning resources (for educational technology) are all sources (data, people, etc.) that can be used by people who learn, both individually and in combination used to facilitate learning.

So, in our opinion, the source of learning is everything that exists outside of human beings, be it data, humans or events, which contain learning and positive things that can change people for the better, from those who don't know to know, etc. .

Learning itself is a process that requires a variety of resources (resources) to support success in learning. One of the things that can change a human being for the better is the existence of learning resources, such as distinguishing between good and bad, praiseworthy and despicable things, things that can be done and things that should not be done, etc.

Various Types of Learning Resources
There are various kinds of learning resources in this world. Here are the kinds of learning resources, namely:
1. Message (message): information transmitted by other components in the form of ideas, meanings, facts, and data. Example: all fields of study, such as Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, languages and others.
